Technical description: The columns have the form of a convergent cone with a hexagonal or regular octagon cross-section. The material used was steel sheet. The broken column is adapted to be mounted on a prefabricated foundation or other supporting structure. The column consists of two segments with the lengths given in the table above. “Breaking” the pole is done manually by unrolling it from the spool placed on the cover of the recess.

Intended use: Broken poles are used as devices for frequent use of land, eg meteorological equipment.
Wmax = 1.0m and a fuel weight not exceeding 10 kg.
