Design:
The foundation is made of C16/20 class reinforced concrete with penetrations for routing electrical cables with a maximum cross-section of 4×95 mm2. The foundation is equipped with 3x M24 anchors for fixing the base of the column foot. Steel elements of the foundation: anchors, catches, bolts – all fasteners are galvanized.
Application:
The F120/PS-NE and F150/PS-NE foundations are intended for setting the new generation safety lighting poles.
The F120/PS-NE or F150/PS-NE foundation, together with the next generation safety poles listed below, ensure the NE energy absorption category for the entire pole-foundation structure (slow down the vehicle slightly but do not stop it);
– steel poles t = 3mm; S-_PC-3PS series straight poles, height from 4 m to 11 m,
– steel poles t = 3mm; S-_C-3PS series poles with arms, height from 5 m to 12 m,
– steel poles t = 3mm; S-_PC-3PS-2w series straight poles, height from 4 m to 11 m,
– steel poles t = 3mm; S-_C-3PS-2w series poles with arms, height from 5 m to 12 m,
– steel poles t = 4mm; S-_PC-4/Fi70-PS series straight poles, height from 4 m to 10 m,
– steel poles t = 4mm; S-_C-4/Fi70-PS series poles with arms, height from 6 m to 12 m,
– steel poles t = 4mm; S-_PC-4/Fi70-PS-2w series straight poles, height from 4 m to 10 m,
– steel poles t = 4mm; S-_C-4/Fi70-PS-2w series poles with arms, height from 6 m to 12 m,
– aluminium streed light poles; S-_SwPAL-PS series straight poles, height from 6 m to 12 m,
– aluminium streed light poles; S-_SwAL-PS series with arms, height from 6 m to 12 m,
– aluminium streed light poles; S-_SwPAL-PS-2w series straight poles, height from 6 m to 12 m,
– aluminium streed light poles; S-_SwAL-PS-2w series with arms, height from 6 m to 12 m.
NE category structures – do not absorb energy (slow down the vehicle slightly but do not stop it);
– recommended in areas where there is no risk of a secondary collision after a collision, i.e. on
expressways or motorways. NE structures should not be used in the central lane and on flyovers and
overpasses not equipped with barriers, because the cut down pole may be thrown onto another lane
of the road.
